Available in various travel sizes, it boasts a 5 nm resolution and a bi-directional repeatability of 0.8 µm, making it suitable for high-precision applications such as automated microscopy and other demanding environments. It features encoder feedback for accurate position control and has built-in testing metrics showing it settles within 36 ms for movements with a precision of +/-25 nm. Rated for a load capacity up to 10 kg, with scalable maximum acceleration and velocity depending on load and resolution, it can be used effectively in high-throughput settings requiring meticulous accuracy and reliability.
