The initial material is fed into the working zone by shaking feeder. Magnetic product is transported along the surface of the wear-resistant polymer belt under the action of magnetic forces removing it from the working area and unloading into the collecting chamber of the magnetic product.

• Designed with the value of magnetic induction within 0,7 to 1,4 Т at the operating roller surface depending on specific conditions of use.
  
• Presence of the shaking feeder ensures an even feeding of product.
  
• Specific productivity of the separator is within 6 to 20 t/h at a length of the roller of 1m.
  
• Components of world leading companies (Nord, SKF) with high operating characteristics are used.
  
• On request, separator is equipped with the control panel comprising a frequency converter for stepless regulation of the roller speed.
