Quality Control
To ensure consistent performance, we inspect products in our lab and use CNC testing machinery from Germany. All raw materials are tested with spectrum analyzers from Germany. We also put finished products through 40kg-pressure tests to ensure they don`t leak. We have over 200 technicians who check units throughout production. Our QC team does a final inspection in our 20,000-square meter warehouse before goods are shipped. We offer goods with CE, GS and UL approvals and CMS and EMC certifications. Our valves can be made to DIN, JIS or BS standards.

Our engineers design your custom samples with AutoCAD, Pro-E and SolidWorks for accurate results. With over two decades of OEM and ODM experience, we meet your toughest demands by using a range of techniques such as lost-wax, die casting, sand casting and forging.
