SNF - Model ML Series -Mannich Polymer Preparation Systems
The SNF FLOQUIP Mannich Polymer Preparation Systems are designed for cost-effective and low-maintenance operations. SNF is the leading manufacturer of water-soluble polymers, with years of practical field experience in mannich polymer preparation. That experience is incorporated into every one of our designs.
The ML Series systems readily put mannich-grade polymers into solution for a variety of applications - all in simple and economical designs. Neat polymer is metered with a progressive cavity pump, through a specially-designed injection device for adding highly viscous mannich polymer into dilution water. The resulting solution is then ready to be sent to a polymer solution tank for further mixing and hydration. From there, the solution can be pumped and injected into the treatment process.
The ML Series offers 2 models (see reverse side), depending on dosage and process requirements. Additional options include: ratio control of neat polymer and incoming water flows, Allen-Brad ley™ PLC and Panerview™ Touchscreen Operator Interface", various mix tank configurations, and air compressor.
