Soil-Therm - Model 2010-EN -Enclosed System
SOIL-THERM enclosed systems have a whole new look and are quieter than ever! Starting with a typical looking cargo container, SOIL-THERM completely rebuilds the inside and doors with 6- inches of custom sound insulation that reduces noise levels to less than 60 dBA at 3-ft. Intake and exhaust fans are installed on the roof of the enclosure, providing 1000 cfm of cooling/exchange air during operation. Very quiet and discrete.
The SVE performance of this system is even more impressive. With the Roots 718 blower and its 50 hp motor, this system can process up to 1500 cfm, and reach vacuums to 12” Hg! Electrical is NEC 500, Class I, Division 2 with 50 hp TEFC motor & variable frequency drive for full range flow and vacuum control. The 8” color touchscreen provides internet monitoring and data acquisition, along with complete operating, troubleshooting, maintenance information, and even safety training at the touch of a button.
System also features: 60% custom shell & tube h.e., catalyst module, 6” stainless steel piping and stainless water knockout, SOIL‐THERM’s patented Jet‐THERM ultra low‐NOx burner, PLC controls and touchscreen datalogger with 2 GB memory, chart displays, and able to operate in thermal or catalytic modes using natural gas or propane. Our specialized Jet‐THERM burner is capable of processing VOC’s up to 24,000 ppmv at 1500 cfm to achieve a phenomenal 12,000 pounds of VOC destruction per day! NOx emissions have shown to be 4‐6 ppmv in catalytic mode & less than 16 ppmv in thermal mode and destruction efficiency >99.9%. Energy usage is just as impressive at 700 scfm ‐ ‐ using less than 200 cfh (192,500 btuh) natural gas!
