ProMinent - Model Gamma/ XL Hygienic -Solenoid-Driven Metering Pump
The gamma/ XL in hygienic design is a precise, networkable magnetic diaphragm dosing pump that sets new standards in terms of easy and economical cleaning.
Precise dosing meets hygienic design – gamma/ XL Hygienic
The gamma/ XL Hygienic is a powerful magnetic diaphragm dosing pump for small dosing quantities, which has been specially designed for demanding processes in the confectionery and beverage industry.
Its hygienic design in accordance with EHEDG guidelines, with smooth, gap-free and dead space-free surfaces, ensures fast and efficient cleaning. This reduces cleaning times, minimises production interruptions and contributes to increased plant availability, food safety and lower operating costs.
With a conveying range specifically designed for smaller dosing quantities, the gamma/ XL Hygienic is ideal for the precise dosing of liquid foodstuffs and additives such as flavourings, enzymes, colourings, stabilisers and liquid yeasts. This makes it a versatile solution for applications with strict hygiene standards and low throughput, where reliability and process reliability are crucial.
An illuminated LC display and an LED indicator for various operating states enable intuitive operation and clear status monitoring - even under demanding production conditions. The gamma/ XL Hygienic has configurable inputs and outputs as well as digital interfaces such as PROFIBUS® and CANopen, allowing it to be seamlessly integrated into modern process control systems. Optional output and relay modules also enable remote transmission of operating data, which further simplifies process monitoring and control.
