Sondex - Model DH-HW-E -Steam Unit (SSU)
Sondex SSU System is using Steam for production of hot water for central heating plants. The system can be designed for and adapted to any needs from 100KW and upwards. The unit will be delivered assembled and tested, ready for installation. The Unit is delivered as a complete system with possibility for additional choices of e.g. a pressure reduction system and a circulating pump system. The design and delivery of custom-made solutions suitable for any task are also possible.
Properties
The water heater hasa big output of tem pered, hot water, which is heated while tapping. The output depends on the tem peraturesof the district heating side as well asthedomestic water side. The output also dependson the differential pressure available.
Theeletrical controller alwayskeeps the domestic water on the flow control set point of the valve and keeps the service pipe appropriate hot, so that the water is hot immediately when tapping.
Service and Installation-Friendly
Aconsi stant assem bly with union and an appropriate piping makes it easy to install and servicethe unit. Quick and easy installation with the two screw eyes in each corner. Connection of tubes is finished in one of the six unions, which areeasy to disassemble and to mount oneachonetube, whereafter the union is tightened.
Design
By the construction a clear and convenient placem ent of the com -ponents, as well as a functional and environment-friendly structure has been considered. Sondex DH-HW-E can by extra charge be delivered with a white-painted steel cabinet in a modern design.
Lifetime
Application of stainless steel, AISI 316- for plateheat exchangers and tubes respectively as well asapplication of approved qual ity components secures the unit a long lifetime.
