This does not apply solely to the technical execution of all our development and production steps and their verification within the framework of our internal quality management. It also includes the entire area of support for our customers: from the initial consultation, preparation of the quotation and acceptance of the order, through order processing at our premises – to the assembly of our machines at the customer’s premises and the constant availability of services in the area of after-sales services
