The H2S-625 Hazardous Area Online Hydrogen Sulfide Analyzer is designed to continuously with very little maintenance requirement. The analyzer comes with ATEX and IECEx certification for use in Ex db ib IIB+H2 T4 Gb areas. The unit combines an advanced set of electronic features including a smart MENU interface with our industry leading precision electrochemical sensor technology. The result is a highly reliable and cost effective design with easy-to-use user interface.

The built in smart MENU interface allow the user to fully configure the analyzer through the onboard MENU system, no need for a complicated laptop or other control device to setup the analyzer in the field.
The analyzer is designed as an extractive type unit to draw the sample through its integrated sample system which includes a 3-way sample / span valve, and a visual rotameter / flowmeter with flow control valve. The analyzer has a unique design that oxygen does not need to be present in the sample gas to get a good accurate H2S reading.
The H2S sensor is based on the galvanic electrochemical fuel cell principal. The sensors are self contained and minimal maintenance is required – no need to clean electrodes or add electrolyte. The precision sensors offer excellent performance, accuracy and stability while maximizing the expected life. The analyzer comes with 3 optional sensors, The H2S-1x has four ranges 0 – 10 ppm, 0 – 50 ppm, 0 – 100 ppm, 0 – 200 ppm. The H2S-2x has 0 – 100 ppm, 0 – 500 ppm, 0 – 1000 ppm and 0 – 2000 ppm. The H2S-3x has 0 – 1000 ppm, 0 – 2000 ppm, 0 – 5000 ppm, and 0 – 10000 ppm.

H2S Analyzer:
The model H2S-625 Hydrogen Sulfide analyzer combines a rugged design with SSO2’s precision H2Ssensors. The result is a highly reliable and cost effective compact design with an easy-to-use user interface designed specifically for the Natural Gas and biogas industries.
The oxygen analyzer is certified for use in Zone 1 IIB + H2 applications.
The H2S analyzer is isolated both on the power input and analog output. This eliminates most electronic gremlins seen with existing competitive equipment in the field.
Gas connections are made with 1/4” Compression tube fittings. Sample Systems includes Sample / Span valve and flow meter.
The H2S-625 analyzer comes with an optional
MODBUS RS485 RTU Bi-Directional Communication protocol.

H2S sensors should be periodically calibrated. Factory recommendation is every 1 - 3 months or as the application dictates.
Sensors offer excellent linearity when calibrated to a certified span gas.
