SOYU - Model SR900 -Single Shaft Shredder SR900
SR series single shaft shredder is a crushing machine with perfect design. It’s widely used and qualified to shred various waste materials such as plastic blocks& pipe, woven bags, cable, wood, paper, domestic rubbish, electronic waste and so on. The suitable screen is chosen according to fed materials and next processing requirement. The output material discharged by the shredder could be directly reused or enters next smaller processing step. SR-Series shredder can be equipped with many different blade rollers and its blade roller process requirements of cooling system, bead weld& wearing layer can also be additionally added according to customers’ requests for disposing various waste materials.Main rotor:
1. V Type configuration preventing materials’ accumulation on the edge.
2. Various rotor blades to be chosen according to their different materials and reused by changing their angles .
3. Rotor made of bead welding and wearing layer processing with the merit of long-life shredding very hard& wear-resistant materials
Pushing device: Its outer steel plate and pushing chamber are finely processed and kept space between them. Pushing chamber is made of thickening-processed bottom plates which prevent materials from causing big influence on them.
Hydraulic system: Every hydraulic station is equipped with cooling system to ensure equipment can stably run for a long time.
Screen: Various screens changeable in accordance with different shredding requests, shred materials sizes and kinds
Power device: Gearbox safety factor is above Grade 2.0. High-power machines are equipped with fluid couplings.
Electric control:
1. Smart control: rotor reverses under overload condition and machine stops after continuous reversal. This device effectively keeps machine safe.
2. Automatic/Manual model can be freely changed to keep its convenient operation and maintenance.
3. Main electric components take advantage of SIEMENS, SCHNEIDER, and etc. famous brands.
