This tank is a fully automated, fully enclosed used cooking oil system . The Space Saver replaces a typical 4-foot kitchen shelf rack, allowing you to retain most all of your storage space. This system features direct pump connection which means it connects directly to your fryer and transfers the used cooking oil into the tank with one flip of a switch. The Space Saver system features proprietary anti-theft technology that only fits DAR PRO service vehicles, helping ensure your oil is safe and secure. . Also included is a QR code that provides access to instructions and training as well as other relevant tank information.

The Space Saver connects directly to your fryer and makes the used cooking oil transfer process as easy as one flip of a switch to get it from fryer to the tank. A valve connects the system and an exterior wall, meaning our technicians can extract the oil without entering your building while ensuring safe oil storage.
Setting up the Space Saver is easy because we handle the process for you. Our service team will conduct a 20-minute site survey, a two-hour install, and will spend an additional 20 minutes training your staff on how to use the tank. We include a QR Code on the side of the tank that takes you to an online portal with training and instructions on proper use.
