Light Duty, Bolt Together Sawhorses
Our light duty work stands are a cost effective option for many applications. They are capable of holding a substantial load, are lightweight for easy mobility and disassemble for compact storage and shipping. The design is certified by a professional engineer and they are 100% made in the USA. We offer two standard models:
- ton capacity made from aluminum, weighing less than 25 lbs per horse
- ton capacity steel sawhorses weighing 65 lbs each
Lightweight Aluminum Sawhorses
Pierce Steel also manufactures sawhorses from alternative materials including lightweight aluminum. Aluminum alloys are corrosion resistant and exhibit high strength to weight ratios allowing for significant load capacity at about a third of the weight of steel. These work stands are an excellent selection when moving them by hand is a requirement. They can be made in a variety of sizes and capacities.
Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel Sawhorses
Stainless steel offers corrosion resistance at a high strength making it a great fit for our long-lasting, sturdy work stands. Our stainless steel sawhorses are an excellent choice for cleanroom or corrosive environments.
