The SpectraAlyzer FLEX is an analyzer that can be adapted to individual needs. This allows parameters of a wide variety of products to be analyzed and monitored. Often, different physical sample states occur within the production process, such as. liquids, granules, powders, pastes and viscose samples. For the analysis of these different sample types the SpectraAlyzer FLEX offers the possibility to use different drawers and a wide variety of additional sample cups.

various calibrations have been developed for a wide range of different products. In combination with the powerful Chemometrics software package AWX G2 (Application worx G2) these calibrations can be adapted or fine-tuned and, if required, new calibrations can be developed with a straight forward approach. In addition, the analyzer embedded software provides extensive and automated logging as well as database storage of the analytical results on the analyzer itself or within the companies’ intranet and/or the internet.

The SpectraAlzer FLEX solutions presents the quantitative analytical results of major quality parameters simultaneously within 45 seconds. There is no need to manually condition the sample and extra reagents do not need to be used, so this analyzer solution provides highly accurate quality control parameters at no extra cost.

As a stand alone system, the SpectraAlyzer FLEX and the SpectraAlzer FLEX TW can be operated very easily and intuitively for product analysis and quality check, even close to the production line. The rugged construction and unique optical sample/reference setup ensures reliable operation in environments with fluctuating temperatures, vibrations and dust.
