Spectrolight - Model Mono-A5 -Flexible Wavelength Selector
The Flexible Wavelength Selector Mono is an advanced tunable filter designed to offer precise control over wavelength and bandwidth. Utilizing TwinFilm™ technology, it provides seamless software adjustments available via USB communication, allowing users to scan or set center wavelengths and adjust bandwidth from approximately 2 to 15 nm. Compatible with various broadband light sources such as lamps or supercontinuum sources, it supports multiple applications, including the conversion of standard fluorescence microscopes into hyperspectral imaging systems. The device features a compact design with a circular 5 mm aperture and high out-of-band rejection (OD 5), minimizing spectral leakage and background noise. It is suitable for use with a range of light sources, including tungsten-halogen, plasma, LED, and laser-driven light sources. The system includes a software development kit (SDK) for creating custom integration solutions and is optimized for collimated light to achieve ideal performance.
The Flexible Wavelength Selector Mono is a tunable filter which utilizes TwinFilm™ technology to provide a simple software control (scanning or setting) of the center wavelength and the bandwidth via a USB communication. The bandwidth can be adjusted from around 2 to 15 nm also depending on the specific model(spectral range).
Mono can also be used to convert a commercial fluorescence microscope into a hyperspectral imaging microscope.
