The ST-102 has a number of setting options that make it easier to find what you are looking for. Have you narrowed down the area to search in and are looking for that specific item? Adjust the sensitivity and find the exact location of the cover before you start digging.

The instrument can be adjusted as needed during use, to sort out certain items. It can, for example, be a fence located close to the cover you are looking for, which under normal circumstances will interfere with the signal. With the ST-102`s erase function, the signal fluctuation from such objects can be ignored, making tracking work more efficient.

This unique spindle finder has a built-in sensor that detects grounded 50 Hz power cables, and indicates the location via a characteristic fluctuation in frequency.
