OUR STORY

We are a family-owned business started by David Krupp in July 2001, just 2 weeks before the 9/11 attack. David has a background in electronics, product design, inventory control, and manufacturing management. Supplier Support International, Inc. was started to better serve customers by designing special spray booths. The concept of the Heat Injector was conceived when SSI was founded and it has been the focus of the business ever since by applying it to many different types of applications.

The concept of the the Heat Injector was patented and prototyped at a local company, (MJC, Cartersville) who has become a partner in the launch of the Heat Injector to the Industrial and Commercial Markets. SSI has also patented, and developed the Modular Heat Injector for the Professional Pest Control Market, along with all the accessory equipment that is required for a Heat Treatment. SSI has also applied the Heat Injector to drying chambers, heated air replacement, as post heaters to dehumidification systems.

In 2013 the Portable Heat Injector was developed and a US patent application was submitted. The 1st Heat Injector System to kill bed bugs was sold in May 2014.

The Modular Heat Injector was developed during 2015 and the 1st were sold in December 2015.

In 2016 a US patent was granted to Supplier Support International Inc. for the Portable Heat Injector System (US Patent Number 9,459,022)

Since then the product has been further developed with the introduction of the Automatic HP Boost, an Air Shell to allow it to set in the heated space, and at the end of 2019 a new technique was developed that allows the Modular Heat Injector to be disassembled without lifting any of the heavy parts.

We now have the most powerful, evergy efficient, and effective heat treatment equipment to eradicate bed bugs on the market. We also have the Industrial Heat Injector that can be applied to heat fresh and recirculated air in factories, as a direct gas-fired duct heater for warming rooms, spray booths, as post heaters for dehumidification systems, and can be applied uniquely to many different applications. We are growing in that understanding with each challenge we face.

OUR VISION

Supplier Support International was started to act as a link between those who make things and those who have problems which can be solved by those we serve. SSI uses the talents we have to serve as the orgistrator between those who have a need and those who can solve it.

As we grew we started to develop talents to design sheet metal and to develop the electrical controls that make the products we design safe, simple and effective.

It is our vision to develop the product lines to incorporate features and functions which the market has never seen. The patented Heat Injector (US Patent 7,360,534) is the result of this goal. It was introduced to the Industrial and Commercial HVAC Markets in 2010 as a new concept to heat fresh air and recirculated air for buildings and processes.
