UNITECH - Model UH-500 Series -Stab Connectors for Subsea Applications
The UH-500 Series is a range of ROV operated stab connectors designed for critical subsea applications, such as wellhead control, gas lift operations, and chemical injection. These connectors are engineered for a robust 30-year operational lifespan, contingent on material specifications. The series emphasizes safety, compactness, and durability, capable of operating at water depths up to 10,000 feet and withstanding pressures up to 20,000 psi. It provides high pressure stab connectors ranging from 0.5 to 4 inches, suitable for gas lift and control distribution service lines. The UH-500 series includes the UE-500 electrical connector, rated at 36kV and 300A, featuring metal and double-resilient sealing. With over 500 configurations possible, these connectors are tailored for efficient subsea operations.
The UH-500 ROV operated stab connector range has been designed from the outset for critical applications subsea, such as wellhead control, gas lift operations and chemical injection, for example. While the design life may vary dependent on material specifications, UNITECH connectors are designed for 30 years trouble free operation.
