The Corona + Base 48×40 is an excellent low cost stackable plastic pallet choice. It can easily handle heavier loads and is more durable than other plastic pallets made from recycled plastic material.

Stronger Than Other Export Plastic Pallets

Typical export plastic pallets in the market are made from low-grade recycled plastic resin, creating a pallet that is brittle and can easily be broken. Our Corona pallet is built in-house and only uses high grade HDPE/PP recycled material. This creates an export plastic pallet that has better resistance against forklift tongs and other impacts caused during transit.

Capable of Handling 4,000 lbs in Transit

The Corona + Base pallet is designed to be a low cost plastic pallet that can easily handle 4,000 lbs in transit. The pallet is also easier to handle by hand with a unit weight of 35 lbs.

Corona 48×40 Plastic Pallet Alternative

The Corona 48×40 is a the same pallet, but with out the stackable base. The Corona 48×40 has a nestable design which allows optimization in storage space and shipping when pallets are empty.
