Canadian-Crystalline - Stainless Steel Brewery Machinery

Our Brewery Equipment has state-of-the-art equipment manufactured entirely from stainless steel. Once brewed, two batches of unfermented beer are transferred to cylindrical-conical unit tanks to ferment and mature. To preserve as much flavor as possible, we do not pasteurize our beer but instead use unique sterile filtration processes. Before being packed, our brews are filtered several times through pore filters, ensuring our beer reaches the pub in perfect condition. We will soon be starting guided tours of our microbrewery. Our fermentation tanks are constructed using SS 304 or SS 316 as desired, designed as cylinder conical tanks with a cone angle between 65 and 72 degrees. These tanks are equipped with a dimple-jacketed glycol cooling system and insulated with 50–60 mm polyurethane foam. Tanks are fitted with high-quality solenoid valves that regulate tank temperature.
