Analysis OEM - Model OLS15 -Stainless Steel Conductivity Sensor for Pure and Ultrapure Water Systems
The OLS15 conductivity sensor is designed to meet USP 23 and USP 24 standards, featuring a sterilizable stainless steel sensor capable of withstanding temperatures up to 150°C (302°F). Certified for cleanability by 3A and EHEDG, the sensor has a cell constant of k=0.1, ensuring high precision in measurements. It includes sanitary tri-clamp process connections and wetted material certification to EN10204 3.1.B standards. The sensor is equipped with either a Pt 100 or Pt 1000 RTD temperature element for effective temperature compensation. Its compact design makes it ideal for use in pure and ultrapure water systems. Additionally, the NEMA 6 rated detachable cable system offers the dual advantage of quick connectivity and the reliability of a fixed cable. Each electrode is serialized and thoroughly performance-tested at the factory, with a one-point calibration certificate provided as standard.• Satisfies USP 23 and USP 24 requirements
