Stainless Steel Material Waste Oil Extraction Refinery Distillation making Machine

The YJ-SR series solvent refining machine can refine all kind of mineral oil which don’t contain solid particle,such as recycled base oil no matter what color, vacuum side streams，acid-refined oil,diesel oil,black diesel oil, waste hydraulic oil, waste transformer oil etc.

The Refined oil out form YJ-SR with water color, the color is less than 0.1 . The viscosity, viscosity index, acid value, carbon residue, demulsification value, pour point, saturated hydrocarbon of refined base oil can reach or close to the API II hydrogenated base oil.

1. Low Refining cost： Refining one ton base oil, the cost is just 200RMB(about 30USD); Refining one ton diesel oil, the cost is just 150RMB(about 23USD). The cost is much lower than hydrogenation technology and lewis acid refining technology.
2. Less space demand: The machine adopt integrated design, the structure is compact, easy to maintain. For the YJ-SR-30(30 TPD machine), the operation area only need about 130m2 ( excluding storage tanks).
3. Various feed stock: One YJ-SR machine can refine many kinds of oil, user can change the feed stock according to the real production demand.
