When the bucket elevator is working, the geared motor drives the two sprocket synchronous movements through the bearing, so that the two chains meshing with it move synchronously on the closed track. When the material is delivered to the feeder, it slides into the horizontal and forward hopper, and then the excess material in the bucket is brushed into the next hopper by the brush of the feeder. Since the material is slipped into the hopper, it is not Forced scraping, so it will not cause the material to break. Thus, the simultaneous movement of the two chains causes the hopper between the two chains to continuously move over its closed track. Under the action of the turning wheel, the hopper is turned over, and the material in the hopper is dropped into the temporary storage bin of the equipment by the hopper outlet.
