A 304H grade is a high-carbon austenitic stainless steel grade. The 304H Stainless Steel Pipe is designed with a superior chemical composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. The superior content gives these pipes enhanced corrosion and oxidation resistance properties. A Stainless Steel 304H Pipe performs well in elevated temperatures due to the presence of excess carbon embedded in it. These pipes also can withstand environments that contain reducing chlorides and sulfuric acids. They are; however, prone to pitting in marine systems. Welding the 1.4948 stainless steel pipe is slightly harder than the 304 and 304l grades. The pipes in this grade have a minimum tensile strength of 515mpa with a yield strength of 205mpa. The 304H Stainless Steel Tube can be easily elongated by a minimum of 40% while showcasing a hardness of Brinell 201 HB max. These tubes have a density of 8.0 g/cm3 with an elastic modulus of 193Gpa.
The 304h seamless pipe is a high-strength pipe grade designed with excellent load-bearing capacity.
