Ashapura - Model 316H -Stainless Steel Seamless Pipe
Stainless Steel 316H Seamless Pipe, DIN 1.4401 Seamless Tube, ASME SA312 SS 316H Polished Pipe, UNS S31609 Seamless Mirror Finish Pipe, ASTM A312 SS 316H Boiler Pipe. Stainless steel is a commonly used material for the production of pipes. They further have different carbon versions such as high and low carbon. Stainless Steel 316H Pipe is a high carbon version. They are stabilized using titanium. This assists it to better resist corrosion. 316H Seamless Pipe is said to have accurate dimensions due to which they are in high demand. The high content of carbon in these pipes improves the toughness and reduces the corrosion due to higher carbide precipitation during welding. They are also said to have high tensile and yield strength.
AISI 316H Stainless Steel ERW Pipeis widely used in the food processing sector and chemical and marine industry. They are said to be reliable and rust-proof. They can be used at higher temperatures due to the higher content of carbon. Alloy 316H Round Pipe offers excellent toughness even at cryogenic temperatures. It is also used in pressure vessel applications. They are said to possess great long and short creep strength. AISI 316H Welded Pipe has a melting point of 1400 degrees C. They are specifically designed to be used in applications of higher temperatures.
Stainless Steel 316H Square Pipe is ideal for high temperature use while the lower carbon version of this pipe is suitable for high corrosion applications. We at Shree Ashapura Steel pass these pipes through various tests to ensure that the A312 TP 316H pipe produced by us is as per the international standards and has the desired properties. We add molybdenum to improve the resistance of ASTM A312 TP 316H pipes to crevice corrosion and pitting.
