The one common difference between Nickel 200/201 Fasteners is that Nickel 201 is the low carbon version alloy of Nickel 200 and has a carbon content of 0.15% maximum. Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 are frequently used across different industrial sectors. Nickel 200/201 Fasteners both are dual certified and offer exceptional good strength in most of the conditions. Nickel 200/201 has good magnetic and magnetostrictive properties, high heat conductivity, low gas content and low vapour pressure. The applicable temperature for both grades should be in the range up to 315ºC.

Nickel 200/201 Fasteners is a pure nickel grade that consists of a high nickel proportion of as much as 99%, and the rest of 1% consists of manganese, iron, silver, copper, and others. Nickel 200/201 offers high resistance from corrosive environments in critical atmospheres and high-temperature conditions. Due to the high nickel values, these following grades can be recycled easily using modern technology extensively, and nickel metals provide higher energy efficiency and toughness than any other metal. In addition, nickel 200/201 offers excellent thermal conductivity and resistivity against acidic and alkaline environments.
