STARK - Bucket Spreader

High-strength structural steel, robot-welded construction, frame stiffener housings, unencapsulated bucket inner surface, bucket support and 3-point support inside the bucket make the bucket spreader strong, functional, and high-performing. All bucket spreader models feature a crushing shaft, which shreds icy or piled sand, and spreading bar guards that prevent large stones and ice from entering the spreading roller.

Thanks to PRECISE SPREAD technology, sand or other anti-slip material can be spread evenly and accurately. The amount of material to be spread is controlled by an infinitely adjustable flow control valve. Small wear pieces, placed in the form of a spiral in the spreader roll, distribute the sand continuously and evenly. The compact design, the enclosed motor and the recessed bearings ensure the best possible working width with smaller blind areas. Sand spreading is also possible next to the walls and in tight spaces.

STARK bucket spreaders are available for base machines of all sizes, with a water volume of 560 litres up to 3,000 litres. The bucket spreaders feature bolted STARK FIT adapters that are easily changeable to fit different base machines. The STARK bucket spreader is easy to maintain: greasing of bearings and chain as well as chain adjustment can be done without opening the guards.

?With a filling cylinder, which is available as an accessory, the bucket can be used to pick up sand directly from the heap (only when mounted on the tractor lifting device). Hot-dip galvanizing, also available as an accessory, protects the tank from corrosion.
