STARK - Model CSW -Collecting Sweeper

The excellent sweeping result of the collecting sweeper is based on the counter-clockwise direction of rotation of the main brush, three support points and unique floating solutions. CSW floats vertically, horizontally and lengthwise, thanks to which the sweeper follows the contours of the substrate perfectly. The large-rimmed front tire also dampens and precisely follows the surface to be brushed, and the rear tires bring stability to the use of the brush device.

The height of the brush roller can be infinitely adjusted.

User-friendliness is increased by the large-sized waste hatch, which enables efficient emptying of the waste container. The PUR seal of the waste hatch and the wear blade below increase tightness while protecting the hatch, and the mechanical lock of the waste hatch is reliable, extending the lifespan of the hatch at the same time.

The side brushes of CSW models enable efficient cleaning of the sides of buildings and curbs. They give the device a very wide working width of almost 3.5 meters. The angles of the side brush are adjustable, enabling the best possible brushing result for the application, and the hydraulic lifting of the side brushes increases efficiency and safety. Thanks to the Plug & Play hydraulic block, it is easy to add side brushes also as a retrofit.

The patented Ecoline brush lamellas used in the brush devices significantly increase the lifespan of the lamellas.

The Stark Fit bracket system enables a quick change of the work equipment bracket.

The brush device’s accessory, high-pressure dust binding, consumes less water and binds the dust in the water mist. Distributing water through the manifold enables freely positioned and directional nozzles. The huge 600 l water tank guarantees uninterrupted work.

The optional high-pressure washer & 15 m self-winding hose reel enable smooth working.

Thanks to the electrically controlled hydraulic block, all this is possible with a 2-hose system.
