NALDI Ecologia - Model Series NP-NPH -Static Separators of Lamellar Pack Mineral Oil

They consist of a system of communicating vessels that allow the separation of non-emulsified mineral oils and fats from the water coming from aprons, car washes, filling stations and mechanical workshops.

The separation of light oils occurs by gravity, through the use of lamellar structures that increase the contact surface. These systems are cylindrical monobloc structures able to guarantee excellent stability for the loads; they are made with PRFV (Glass Reinforced Plastics) that ensures an almost unlimited duration of the products, a perfect impermeability, as well as lightness and manageability that reduce transport and installation costs.

The operation of the NALDI oil separators takes place initially in the sedimentation compartment where the sludge collection takes place; then, in the de-aeration compartment, the slurry is placed in a quiet position, in this way the oil is perfectly separated. Through an adjustable extraction device the oil is conveyed into the appropriate collection compartment. The water then passes through the lamellar structure which slows its course, allowing the separation of the smallest particles.

The main characteristics of NALDI oil separators are the following:

• compactness as mud tank, oil separation and oil collection are in a single container
• easy oil extraction adjustment even with variations in flow
• maintenance costs practically non-existent, thanks to the use of lamellar structure
• purification yields> 90%.
