Sandvik steel rollers are highly versatile. Different sealing elements and bearings determine which type is suitable for different conditions. With this selection Sandvik steel rollers meet customer requirements even in the most extreme conditions. Loadability of one roller is very much dependable on bearing and shaft diameter. Sandvik HA100 series rollers` diameters range from 102 mm (4") to 194 mm (7 5/8") with bearing sizes from 6204 to 6310 to meet the local market requirements. HA120 series steel rollers for most bulk material handling applications, and HA130 machined and balanced low noise rollers with quiet operation thanks to good dynamic balancing and reduced vibration.
Sandvik HV120 series traditional type end cap steel roller diameters range from 102 mm (4") to 203 mm (8") and bearing sizes from 6204 to 6312.

The HV140 roller is environmentally friendly thanks to the lower power requirement compared to a conveyor system with conventional rollers, which leads to decreased CO2 emission. Furthermore, the HV140 end-formed rollers’ reduced noise level brings added value to the working environment. Due to the high accuracy and quality in the production and assembly, initial bearing misalignment in these rollers is effectively diminished. The HV140 end-formed rollers can be supplied to exceed CEMA D, E and F standards and can be produced as carry-, return-rollers and garlands
