Socorex - Model Qualitix® -Sterilization Pouches
Fitting any small to mid-size laboratory, medical, dental or veterinary device, the Qualitix single use pouches provide easy and effective wrapping of items requiring sterilization. Made with robust medical grade paper, the pouches tightly close with a self-sealing strip to maintain sterility. Content remains always visible through PET / CPP transparent laminated film.

Recommendation for use
- Check integrity of pouch prior to using it
- Pouch content must be clean and dry
- Warning: sharp items to be positioned in opposite side of peel off direction
- Item length should not exceed ¾ of pouch length
Self-sealing - quick opening
Simply peel off protection strip, fold and press with fingers. Pouch remains tightly sealed to maintain product sterility.
Sterilization indicators
Two chemical indicators included to confirm proper sterilization process. Blue indicator turns dark grey after autoclaving, red indicator turns to yellow after ethylene oxide (EO) gas sterilization.
Integrity control
Content remains always visible through PET / CPP transparent laminated film. Never use a damaged pouch. Blue stained film enables easy control of pouch integrity. Medical grade 60 g/m² paper provides high mechanical resistance.
