Dormer - Model SOC Series -Sticky Wet Soil Auger

This soil auger was developed primarily for its easy to clean features when used in sticky wet soils. The wider side openings, new tip and cutter design make the difference. The wider side openings reduced the augers rigidity so it has been shortened by approximately 100mm to 350mm. NOTE: This weakens the auger so it is not suitable for use in normal or hard soils. The modified spiral tip has superior penetration capabilities in soft wet soils. The auger is available in head only or shanked to 1.0 metre.
