The SARS-CoV-2 digital PCR test kit is intended for the detection of reported conserved viral nucleic acid sequences, Nucleoprotein N (FAM) and ORF1ab (HEX). This kit is designed to provide an advantage over conventionally-used qPCR by detecting low concentration targets in a large sample volume, where qPCR can be unreliable due to high Ct values.
