Amar labmate series of high pressure stirred autoclaves range from 500ml to 5ltr. These lab pressure reactors are the most popular & are widely used type by scientists & chemists around the world. These batch reactors give great flexibility to the user in terms of a wide range of reaction volumes which are commonly preferred for most applications including research, QC and process optimization. The standard series is mounted on an SS trolley with heating, cooling & stirring arrangements, high torque zero leakage magnetic couplings, quick opening clamp design, inlet-outlet valves, pressure gauge, safety rupture disc & SS control panel with programmable temperature & speed controller. The L/D ratio of reactor vessel & the impeller design is optimized to give very high conversion & yield. These high pressure autoclaves can be offered with fixed head vessel pneumatic raising lowering & tilting arrangement for ease of draining.
