STM - Model ROC-6D -Electronic Controller
ROC-6D is an electronic controller for rotary ovens normally employed in pastry shops or bakeries. A number of 99 baking programs can be stored and recalled by the user. A baking program starts with pre-heating followed by up to3 process phases. In each phase can be specified baking Temp, baking Time, steam injection time and the damper closing and opening time.
A baking program can start automatically at the set time according to a weekly scheduler.
The user can key-in manually a simplified baking cycle where steam injection and damper are controlled by the operator.
The user’s interface is made of 6 displays of 13mm or 10mm for visualizing baking Temp, baking Time, steam injection time, damper opening time, program No. and ongoing phase.
Function buttons are 16 to ease the use of the controller.
The operator panel is in polycarbonate supported by an aluminium plate.
Interface panel graphics and dimensions can be personalized according to customer’s specs.
