Dosing Solutions SPINSTIR - Model 10-12 -Stock Stirrer for Powder Dosing
The Spinstir stock stirrer is engineered to provide reliable agitation for powders in stock containers, ensuring accurate dosing and minimizing product waste. It is particularly beneficial for scenarios where powders, such as amoxicillin, need thorough mixing to prevent settling at the bottom. The standard Spinstir 10-12 model is designed for 100-liter containers and features a 12V DC motor. Though typically supplied with a 240V AC adapter, battery clips can be requested at purchase for battery operation. There is also a less-common 200-liter model, the Spinstir 15-12, which accommodates larger volumes. Both models complement the Select doser, which can handle dosing ratios from 1:20 to 1:1,000,000, negating the need for voluminous stock solutions. The stirrers are constructed with precision to support various industrial applications where powder-based dosing is critical.
If you are dosing powder products, the powder can settle at the bottom of the stock container leading to inaccurate dosing and a waste of expensive product.
We manufacture a single size of Spinstir. The Spinstir 10-12 is capable of stirring a 100 litre stock container. If a Select doser is being used, it is generally not necessary to have large stock sulutions as the doser can dose at ratios between 1:20 and 1:1,000,000.

- We also manufacture a 200 litre version as required.
- The 15 litre version is no longer available, although the 6cm follower magnet is still available as a spare part.
