Komax StripCrimp - Model 208 -Stripping and Crimping Machine
The stripping and crimping machine StripCrimp 208 strips to a length of 0.5 – 15 mm (0.02 – 0.59") and crimps wires from 0.05 – 6 mm² (30 – 10 AWG) with 33 kN (3.3 tons) of force. The StripCrimp 208 combines stripping and crimping for standard wires. With short breakout lengths ranging from 26 mm (1.02") down to 14 mm (0.55"), it can handle sensor applications and multi-conductor cables.This versatile machine supports a quick-change system for all standard rear- and side-feed applicator tools, making it suitable for various applications. The cable clamp holds cables precisely in position, ensuring consistent quality, while the ergonomic design simplifies cable insertion.Programmable processing parameters allow precise adjustments for cable cross-section, stripping, crimp contact, and crimping settings, ensuring repeatable results. Optional crimp force monitoring and a bad-piece cutter further enhance quality control.
