Plastic crusher is a specialized equipment used for crushing various plastic and rubber materials, such as plastic profiles, pipes, rods, wires, films, and waste rubber products.

Main purpose:
1. Crush and recycle soft and hard materials such as PU, PVC, PC, ABC, etc.
2. Crushing plastic products such as ordinary sheets, pipes, profiles, plates, and packaging materials.
3. Crushing and destroying various types of small and medium-sized plastic pipes, such as PE, PVC pipes, silicon core pipes, etc.
4. As an auxiliary machine of the injection molding machine, it is used to re crush and utilize the water inlet material or defective parts of the injection molding machine.

The working principle of a plastic crusher is to use rotating blades to cut and crush plastic materials. Specifically, plastic materials are first fed into the working area of the crusher through the feeding port. Within the working area, one or more rotating blades rotate at high speed, while fixed blades remain stationary. When plastic material comes into contact with the rotating blade, the rotating blade will cut and tear it, and some plastic material will be broken into small particles due to the friction between the rotating blade and the fixed blade. These small particles will then be discharged from the discharge port of the crusher through a sieve or airflow separation system.
