Submersible electric pumps for clean water with hydraulics in AISI 304 stainless steel suitable mostly for domestic applications (draining basements, garages, cellars or places subject to flooding, garden fountains, emptying of tanks and reservoirs). Available with or without float switch (normal or magnetic one). DOX/40 has noryl impeller, DOX/50 has stainless steel impeller and on request may be supplied with VORTEX impeller.

Limits of Use:
- Max Temperature of liquid: 35°C (50°C for DOX/40-50-50VORTEX)
- Max immersion depth: 10 mt (5 mt for DOX/40-50-50VORTEX
- Max free solid passage: 10 mm (20 mm for DOX/50 VORTEX)
- Max density of liquid: 1100 kg/m3.
- Minimum pumping level: 10 cm above the pump body
Construction Materials:
- Pump body, suction grill, seal housing disc and motor pump body: stainless steel Aisi304
- Impeller and diffusers: stainless steel Aisi304 (Noryl for DOX/40)
- Motor shaft: stainless steel Aisi 303
- Mechanical seal: Car/Cer/NBR for DOX/40-50-50VORTEX
- Double mechanical seal for DOX/80-100-150-200
- Upper mechanical seal in CAR/CER/NBR (motor side)
- Lower mechanical seal in SIC/SIC/NBR (pump side)
- Special mechanical seals SIC/SIC/FPM on request
- Standard electric cable: 10 mt cable in H07RN-F.(5 mt for DOX/40-50)
Electric Motor:
- Asynchronous, 2 poles, non toxic oil lubricated, insulation class F, grade of protection IP68.
- Standard voltages: M = 230/240-50; T = 230/400-50.
- Single phase motors is provided with a thermic protection regulated on 130°C. The protection of theree-phase motors have to be arranged by the user.
