Submersible pump with cooling jacket overview

• A Submersible pump with cooling jacket is available for the pumping liquid or external liquid to be circulated around the motor stator housing. By forced convection, it can suction extra heating and ensure the pump effective cooling.

• Extremely dry installation pump require particular motor cooling. If necessary, Hydroman® slurry pump with cooling jacket supply addtional motor cooling if the pumped fluid is hot or if the vertical pumps are always pumped. The same suitable if the fluid is lower than the motor level.

• The cooling jacket can additionally made as an aluminum casing over the stator cover. In such a way the heat is going to be conveyed to the pumping fluid by the aluminum casing.

In addtion, the seal device can protect the electro motor from high-pressure water and impurities, so higher pumping capacity can be ensured.
