SUPER - Model MF 11 - 75 -Bale Wrapper

The technique of wrapping round bales in polythene sheeting guarantees the same optimum product quality as traditional systems but does it more cheaply, more simply and faster. Wrapping has a number of advantages compared to traditional hay gathering: improved forage nutritional content preservation, improved forage digestibility, less overall loss due to the shorter time the forage spends in the field and harvesting with less than 60% dry content. The wrapper for the MORRA MF 11-75 SUPER baler is simple to use, rugged and efficient and will hale you produce high quality silage at low cost. It can easily be used by one person alone without having to leave the tractor driving seat.

The wrapper loads, wraps and carefully unloads the bale thanks to the exclusive clamps which grip the bale at the point where the layers are densest. The hydraulic system, which controls various perations including: platform tipping for loading / unloading,  platform rotation (with variable speed), clamp opening and closing,automatic lock of platform in charging / decharging position, is operated through a three-lever remote control which can be mounted at the driver`s position and is protected by a pressure relief valve. The MORRA wrapper ensures protection for 1.50 x 1.20 and 1.20 x 1.20 cylindrical bales with the plastic sheet. It is available in the drawn version and the carried version, the most economical which is best suited to fixed position wrapping. The MORRA wrapper stands out for the following features: high working speed, even with badly shaped bales, optimum manoeuvrability in limited spaces, four driven rollers, automatic sheet attachment and detachment, automatic cutting on unloading.
