Confocal fluorescence microscope with super-resolution capability (STimulated Emission Depletion, STED) yields images with a resolution higher than 50 nm and allows to observe fine details in live cells and tissue samples.

The microscope has many capabilities, including:

  • two STED lasers (592 nm and 775 nm) for simultaneous imaging of two fluorescent molecules in super-resolution mode
  • 3D super resolution mode
  • Excitation laser with excitation wavelength adjustable in 440-790 nm range ("White Light Laser")
