Dilute method

• RH-NB-8068-8：100KG
• Glacial acetic acid: 2KG
• Water: 300Kg
• This emulsion is transparent

Dilute process:

1. Add RH-NB-8068-8 to reactor, start stirring;
2. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
3. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, stir evenly;
4. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes, add 2Kg glacial acetic acid, stir for 5 minutes;
5. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
6. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes,
7. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
8. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
9. Add 10Kg water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
10. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
11. Add 20Kg water to stir for 5 minutes;
12. Slowly add 50kg water and stir for 2-3 minutes;
13. At last add rest water, stir evenly, add glacial acetic acid to adjust PH value to 5-6
