- RH-NB-8098-4:200KG
- Emulsifier: 50KG
- Acid water: 10KG: 5Kg glacial acetic acid + 5Kg water
- Water: 460Kg
- Emulsified to 30% hydrophilic silicone emulsion, transparent appearance
Dilute process:
- Add RH-NB-8098-4 and emulsifier to reactor, start stirring for 5-10 minutes;
- Add 30Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
- Add 30Kg water to stir for 5 minutes, add 1 kg acid water to stir for 5-10 minutes;
