Gradeall - Model G60 -Supershort Smallest Static Compactor

Its compact dimensions are due to its innovative space saving scissor ram arrangement; the same principle as featured within the Portable Compactors. This allows the rams to take up less Horizontal space than a single straight ram as fitted to the larger compactors.

As with all Static compactors in the range a wide selection of optional extras are available; both from a stock collection of existing options, also on offer is bespoke custom designed add-ons to suit customer requirement. These include deck-loading systems incorporating hand rails to integrate with an existing site structure, hoppers, chute feed systems, dual purpose manual and bin lift hoppers, and unique control systems.

All Gradeall compactors are designed to work with CHEM complaint containers, either supplied by another manufacturer, or using Gradeall produced CHEM compliant Containers available in sizes ranging from 15 to 30 cubic yard capacity.

Options Available for the G60 Supershort

Although the internal Chassis of the G60 Supershort differs from that of the G90 and G120 all of the various options are avaiable for the Supershort, The options shown on any of the static machines are in fact available with all the static compactors.

Bin Lifts

The Supershort is available with the same range of bin lifts available on the larger Compactors, Trunnion, Comb, Combination and Plastic Pallet Bin Lifts. Below shows a few bin lifts which have been fitted to the G60.

Manual Feed Hopper

A Fully Enclosed Weatherproof Hopper design suitable for outdoor use preventing the compacted materials from getting wet, and to ensure on site safety and security, the hopper comes with a side door for material entry, and is equipped with electronic interlocks to optimise safety of the machine:
