Pantera™ DP1610i is an intelligent, diesel-powered, self-propelled, crawler-based surface top hammer drill rig with a comfortable cabin and rod-changer. Designed for large hole size drilling, it is ideal for production drilling in large quarries or open pit mines, as well as construction work sites and wall control and development works.

Engineered for large hole drilling, Pantera™ DP1610i excels in drilling holes ranging from 102 to 178 mm (4 to 7 inches) in size. Together with RD1840C rock drill and robust LT90 rock tools, it has a high capacity for large hole drilling without increasing the rig’s physical footprint.

Smarter, safer, and more comfortable drilling

Pantera™ DPi has been upgraded to make daily work easier and safer. A quieter, low-vibration cabin boosts operator comfort, while touchscreen controls give easy access to all rig functions - from drilling parameter setups to troubleshooting instructions. Smart features like iClean take care of overburden drilling automatically and feed-to-tram automation enables smooth switching between drilling and tramming at the push of a button. Other optional intelligence features include one-hole automation, TIM3D and Driller's Notes, for maximized drilling performance.
