Swaco - Replacement Screen
After aquired by SLB (Schlumberger), MI-Swaco now is more powerful in oil gas drilling market. GN Shaker Screens supply replacement screens for MI Swaco shakers, including the Mongoose, MD & BEM Series shakers. Except Mongoose, all other shakers are not single deck, so primary and scalping screens is different.
GN Replacement Screen for Mongoose shaker can be both composite material and steel frame type, the screen dimension is 585x1165mm.
GN Shaker Screen can also supply replacement screen for Swaco ALS shaker, which uses metal back type shaker screen.
ALS screen is usually the screen for ALS II shakers. The dimension is 45″ x 47 3/4″. About 1143x1213mm. While the hook height is about 1.5cm. The hook and screen combination part thick is about 1.5cm
Replacement screens for MI-Swaco shale shakers combine proven mesh combinations with diamond plate to improve separation efficiency of the shaker, while extending screen lifetime. These screens are engineered to meet the exact design specifications of the Swaco’s shale shaker and can be installed directly on the unit using the block wedges or hook device.
