The Aircraft Wing Fire Simulator ST-PRO by Symtech is designed for advanced aircraft rescue fire fighting training. Utilizing environmentally friendly propane (LPG), the simulator's independently controlled burners offer optimal control over fire scenarios, including progressive fire conditions that mimic real-world challenges. Constructed from robust heavy-gauge steel, the approximately 15' x 8' mockup features functional compartments and mobility facilitated by high-quality steel casters. Capable of generating between 4,500,000 to over 70,000,000 BTU/hr, it provides two-stage vapor and liquid main fires managed via a wireless remote. Compliance with NFPA 1402 ensures safety and reliability in all fire training scenarios. Optional accessories include a water-cooling system, smoke and sound generation systems, and various transport solutions. An industry-standard warranty and comprehensive operation and maintenance training support the system’s deployment in diverse training environments.

The Aircraft Wing Fire Simulator ST-PRO provides advanced aircraft rescue fire fighting opportunities. Fires are fueled using environmentally friendly propane (LPG). Fully integrated, independently controlled burners provide optimal control of each individual fire scenario, including:

The ST-PRO Aircraft Wing Fire mockup is approximately 15′ x 8′ (4.5m x 2.4m) and is constructed of durable heavy-gauge steel with multiple functional compartments. The mockup can be located in a single location, it can be moved around on-site using the included high quality steel casters, or the asset can be shared around a region using our optional vehicle hauler. All burners are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and all components are approved and designed for the environment.

The ST-PRO model is set apart by its ability to create progressive fire scenarios, where fires spread and grow at the command of the ignition officer utilizing the included Wireless remote.

The ST-PRO model provides two-stage vapor and liquid main fires. It delivers 4,500,000 to more than 70,000,000 btu/hr for each training scenario with all fire and flame height adjustments controlled from the integrated Wireless controller.

All Symtech Live Fire Simulators are fully compliant with NFPA 1402, Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props.

The system includes an industry standard warranty and operation and maintenance (O&M) training.

Optional equipment includes a water-cooling system, portable power generator, SS upgrade, smoke generation system, sound generator, and a full line of self-sufficient transport trailers.
