The 40-ft Hazmat Tanker ST and ST-PRO by Symtech offer a sophisticated and effective solution for hazmat training, emphasizing NFPA-compliance. The 40-ft Hazmat Tanker ST and ST-PRO deliver unparalleled design elegance, ease of setup, and durability. The Tanker includes multiple Live Fires, Leak Simulations, and Smoke (Optional) all controlled at the push of a button with the included Wireless Remote. The Tanker includes interchangeable double-walled steel jackets to simulate a variety of flammable liquid leaks. Optional rooftop mounted Chlorine and Gasoline domes provide additional training opportunities.

Fires are fueled by environmentally friendly propane. The Tanker provides three fully independent fires including Tank Top/Relief Fires, Flange Fires, and Fuel Spill Fires. Symtech’s multi-stage flame control ensures varied scenarios and maximum realism with progression from vapor to liquid fires in one touch. Fires include pilot confirmation for NFPA compliance and the safest training possible.

The ST-PRO model offers a number of advanced features to take training to the next level including:

All burners are constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and all components are approved and designed for the environment. Leaks are created using a varied combination of compressed air and/or water.

ST and ST-PRO models feature two-stage vapor and liquid main fires delivering 4,500,000 to more than 60,000,000 btu/hr for each training fire with all fire and flame height adjustments, tank rupture leaks, and smoke (ST-PRO model) controlled from the integrated Wireless controller.

All Symtech Live Fire Simulators are fully compliant with NFPA 1402, Standard on Facilities for Fire Training and Associated Props.

The system includes an industry standard warranty and operation and maintenance (O&M) training.

Optional equipment includes a 2nd Fuel Spill Live Fire Simulator, pneumatic air compressor, vinyl graphics package, portable power generator, 100 lb. chlorine training cylinder, chlorine A/B/C kits, and a full array of individual live fire props that interface with the Pilot Module ST and/or Burn Pan ST.
