SYNEX - Pneumatic Air Blaster System
Our solution for bulk materials stored in silos and other reinforced concrete tanks bases on aeration method using systems of air blasters. Usage of this technology significantly reduces the occurrence of sediments on the tank and silos walls. Usage of these air blasters increases the useful volume of the tank and ensures constant flow of technological process preventing sediments on silo walls. Air blasters are widely used in preheaters, electrical filters and in other types of machinery.
The “SYNEX” pneumatic air blaster is intended for storing, and subsequently releasing compressed air through a suitable formed and properly directed nozzle in a relatively short period of time. During the filling the pressure vessel with air of a pressure varying from 0,35 MPa up to 1,0 MPa compressed air flows from the supply network via a nonreturn valve. Additionally, a part of supply air is being pumped up to the electromagnetic patent valve 3/2, housed in the membrane head (Fig.4). Depending on the tank design, one of the stub pipe Ѕ” has been provided with a pressure switch, signaling the operational readiness working pressure of the tank. When control system sends a signal, the electromagnetic valve actuates the operation of the membrane head, i.e. the air outlet opens. Rapid explosive discharge of the tank results. Outlet is automatically closed by a spring. The air blaster is ready for the next cycle.
