Dynamica SafeLift - Synthetic Rope Slings for Heavy Lifting
Dynamica SafeLift Slings are advanced synthetic rope slings engineered for heavy lifting operations in both onshore and offshore environments. Constructed with HMPE/Dyneema® fibers, known as Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), these slings are recognized for their superior strength-to-weight ratio, offering a lightweight, strong alternative to traditional steel wire or polyester slings. The incorporation of the Proof Load process ensures each sling confirms to the predetermined workload limits, enhancing safety and reliability while minimizing the need for pre-use training. Designed to comply with DIN EN 1492-4 standards, each sling boasts customizable protection options against abrasion, suitable for diverse lifting configurations, including straight lift, U-lift, and basket configurations. The unique feature of Dynamica SafeLift Slings is the Proof Loadwhich we provide for each and every sling manufactured at our premises. The proof load ensures on the one hand a safe lifting operation, on the other hand that the effective working length (EWL) of the sling is defined even before the first lift, meaning there is no need for 'training' the sling.
All Dynamica SafeLift Slings are made with HMPE/Dyneema® and are manufactured according to DIN EN 1492-4. Every sling is made with safety in focus.
